San Pantaleo dominates the Costa Smeralda, a place that has managed to keep its authenticity intact. Less glamorous and far from the noise, it becomes a destination for intellectuals, artists and lovers of peace. And right here stands FUMU, a restaurant that enhances the taste of grilled meat, with a careful selection of cuts and cooking with an ancestral flavour.
Pino Savoia, Christian Dentis and Bruno Paschina, with important experiences in the world of catering, wanted to bring a high level gastronomic offer to the Costa Smeralda. Their vision was realized with the external consultancy of Roberto Pintadu, one of the greatest experts in the meat universe.
The restaurant is located inside the Arathena hotel, a delightful structure surrounded by the rocks and nature of Gallura. There are three rooms of the restaurant, very suggestive, which start from the tavern and reach a splendid outdoor terrace.
